All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin. This secures your spot in my schedule and allows me to start sourcing materials and planning your piece.
Because each project is custom and created with intention, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
The remaining balance is due upon completion and must be paid before pickup or delivery.
If a project is paused, canceled, or significantly changed after work has started, the deposit will cover time and materials already invested.
